Yes. Founding businesses receive hands-on setup and an agreed import of the service catalogue, staff, and available customer data. We review the result with you before launch.
The account has a hard monthly cap, so messaging costs cannot run away. Extra capacity can be added at A$0.10 per segment before the cap is increased.
No. OrionX does not operate a client marketplace and does not charge a marketplace commission on bookings from your own channels.
Not in the founding release. Deposits and prepayments will use each business's own connected payment account. Normal payment-processing fees will be shown separately.
Yes. The founding plan is monthly. If you leave, OrionX will provide an agreed export of your client and appointment data on request.
Not yet. OrionX configures each founding workspace directly so services, availability, reminders, and migration are correct before clients begin booking.
